Golf Fundraiser to Aid Girl Fighting Cancer

Annual Warren County golf outing to benefit Hackettstown's Margaret Walling.

An annual fundraising event in Warren County is being held this year to help a local girl battling a brain tumor with proceeds benefiting her as she battles the disease.

The fifth annual golf benefit sponsored by the Warren County Forest #14 Tall Cedars of Lebanon will be held Friday, June 7 to aid Margaret Walling, a Hackettstown Middle School sixth grader.

Walling has been battling the disease since January, and is currently undergoing treatment. The young student is able to Skype with her math class and is being homeschooled in the afternoon.
