Hackettstown girl battling brain tumor to benefit from event.

After being postponed from last month, the fifth annual Warren County golf tournament to benefit Cure for Kids, and specifically Hackettstown's own Margaret Walling, will be held on July 20.

Walling is a Hackettstown Middle School student battling a brain tumor. Walling will be entering the seventh grade next year.

The golf tournament, being held at the Delaware Water Gap Country Club, was initially scheduled for June 7.

Participating golfers will pay $100 per person, with proceeds benefiting the Cure for Kids Foundation. The event will kick off at 9 a.m. with a shotgun start after registration is held between 7:30 a.m. and 8:50 a.m.

The tournament is being hosted by Warren County Forest #14.
