“This Live National TV Broadcast is seven years in the making for the Express,” team owner Marsha Blount said in the release. “I’ve envisioned my team playing on a national platform, and providing the players and coaches an opportunity to showcase their skills just as their counterparts in the NBA. We have some talented and exciting players who will be able to show the world what they can do. The broadcast will be available to over 30-40 million households.  We will represent the State of New Jersey well, both on and off the court. The partnership between the ABA and UBC-TV Network is a dream come true.”

The Jersey Express tips off its season at Centenary on Dec. 1. The team will hold a meet and greet event for the community Nov. 18 from 6 to 8 p.m.
