83 Heroin Bags Found on Mall Trespasser, Cops Say
Duo illegally entered Main Street mall Sunday morning, police report.
An Independence Township man was arrested on charges of having heroin and marijuana after illegally entering a mall, Hackettstown police Sgt. Darren Tynan said.
Daniel Ardito, 20, and Anthony Camporini, 19 of Pocono Summit, Pa., were spotted by police entering the rear of a closed mall on Main Street just after midnight Sunday, Tynan said.
When officers entered the building, they found Ardito and Camporini exiting a maintenance storage room, Tynan said.
While questioning the pair, police found five bags of marijuana and 83 full bags of heroin on Ardito, Tynan said.
Camporini was released pending a court appearance.
Ardito was charged with possession of heroin, possession with the intent to distribute heroin, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a school zone, possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
Ardito was lodged in Warren County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 bail.

I don't understand why Camporini wasn't charged. He was with the other guy, isn't that an accessory or aiding and abetting?
