39 Heroin Folds, Needle Found on Mansfield Man, Cops Say

Hackettstown police found man after tip from neighboring cops.

 

A Mansfield Township man was arrested and charged with having loads of heroin with him Sunday afternoon, Hackettstown Police Det. Darren Tynan said.

Hackettstown police were contacted by Mansfield Township Police and informed one of their residents may in town with drugs, Tynan said.

While on patrol, Hackettstown police found Thomas Donnelly, 26, on Lawrence Drive, Tynan said. During an investigation, Donnelly was found to be in possession of 39 heroin folds and a hypodermic needle, Tynan said.

Donnelly was lodged in Warren County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 bail.
